Multicultural Day
May 27th, 200826 May – 30 May 2008 is “Education Week” . On Tuesday 27th May of this week the school will be celebrating Education Week by having a “Multicultural Day”. This year our Parents and Citizens Association is holding a “Family Fair Day” at the school on this day as well. At this time all families and friends were invited to spend the day with us at the school with the children.
Parents/Carers family and friends were invited to attend the classroom displays, class performances and other fun activities, as well as joining us for both morning tea and lunch which consisted of various dishes provided by parents and a sausage sizzle provided by the Parents and Citizens Association.
Some of the afternoon activities included a visit from the Streets Paddle Pop Lion and lots of Ice Creams for the children. Also special visit from Leanne the Clown and her wonderful bag of balloon tricks!
